Course summary

This Economics BSc (Hons) course focuses on practical expertise. It will provide you with a firm understanding of the interaction of crime, fiscal and monetary policy, political issues, international constrains and role of happiness in economy. You will develop a solid knowledge of the foundations in econometrics modelling as well as other critical areas.

Modules

Modules All students take four modules: Business Enterprise Developments in Business and Society Foundations of Economic and Financial Analysis Academic Skills and Personal Development These modules are designed to provide the grounding in the knowledge the students require in order for them to progress on any of our degree programmes, while also providing the opportunity for students to transfer across our portfolio of courses. Assessments are contextualised (where possible) to suit your subject area to ensure relevance to your programme of study.
