Course summary

Develop an advanced understanding of conceptual, analytical and practical aspects of production and delivery of products and services This course is for graduates who want to work in the managerial or consulting areas of operations, logistics or supply chain management. Modern companies make their products and services in locations all over the world. Effective operations management is essential to giving the best customer experience in an environmentally friendly way. You’ll graduate with the expertise in operations and supply chain management that employers look for. You’ll have the flexibility to choose one of two options for the summer term:

  • a dissertation (either an academic research project or an applied research project)
  • an internship

This course has been designed to ensure the available units complement each other to meet its overall aims.

We provide a flexible high-quality learning experience. You should expect to spend approximately 35 to 40 hours a week studying on your course. These hours consist of structured activities and independent learning.


Entry requirements

2:1 or above (or its international equivalent) undergraduate degree. Your degree can be in any discipline. If you are a UK student and completed your undergraduate degree abroad, your qualification must be equivalent to a 2:1 or above. We may make an offer based on a lower grade if you can provide evidence of your suitability for the degree.
