Course summary

This Terrorism and Cyber Warfare LLM allows you to develop specialist knowledge in counter-terrorism and cyberterrorism provisions, by examining how they operate within England and Wales. You'll delve into some of the global challenges that arise when facing threats from terrorism, cyberterrorism and cyber warfare and critically consider the responses that have followed terrorist events. Throughout your studies, you'll be supported by a teaching team with extensive research experience in terrorism and cyber warfare.

Qualified teacher status (QTS)

To work as a teacher at a state school in England or Wales, you will need to achieve qualified teacher status (QTS). This is offered on this course for the following level:

Entry requirements

We usually require you to hold at least a 2:2 honours degree in a relevant area. We also welcome applications from students who have experience in a range of disciplines and professional backgrounds. To discuss your application, please get in touch and the Programme Leader will be able to advise.
