Course summary

COMPUTING SCIENCE: Computing science is wide-ranging: from programming and engineering large software systems to the design and evaluation of human-computer interfaces, algorithms, computer and network systems, artificial intelligence, information retrieval and big data systems. The School of Computing Science launched the pioneering Centre for Computing Science Education in 2017, in recognition of our commitment to leadership and innovation in educational practice. POLITICS: Politics is the study of the way power and influence are distributed within society and how this affects decision making within and among countries and states. You will study a wide variety of topics within the discipline of politics including courses in international relations, political theory and British politics. You will have the opportunity to take part in our growing study abroad programme.
