Course summary
The HNC Leadership and Management (HTQ) at Lincoln College University Centre is designed to meet the growing demand for high-quality professional and technical education at Levels 4 and 5. The course equips learners with the knowledge, skills, and practical understanding required to succeed in today’s dynamic business and management environments. Developed in line with employer needs, the programme aims to provides students with the skills needed for employment while also offering a strong foundation for progression to a Level 6 degree for those who wish to continue their academic journey. Through a blend of theory and applied learning, students can develop essential leadership, management, and decision-making capabilities that can be transferred to the workplace. By the end of the course, students can gain a well-rounded understanding of business operations, strategic thinking, and effective leadership, preparing them for a range of management roles or further study in higher education. This course is a Higher Technical Qualification (HTQ). HTQs are technical qualifications that have been developed by employers and awarding bodies so students can develop the skills that employers want.

*For mature applicants, some experience may be taken in lieu of A Levels/BTECs EU and International Applicants International confirmed equivalent of 48 UCAS points IELTS with an overall score of 6.0 and a minimum of 5.5 in each component.
