Course summary
The HNC Leadership and Management (HTQ) at Lincoln College University Centre is designed to meet the growing demand for high-quality professional and technical education at Levels 4 and 5. The course equips learners with the knowledge, skills, and practical understanding required to succeed in today’s dynamic business and management environments. Developed in line with employer needs, the programme aims to provides students with the skills needed for employment while also offering a strong foundation for progression to a Level 6 degree for those who wish to continue their academic journey. This course is a Higher Technical Qualification (HTQ).
