Course summary

Develop a deep understanding of the fundamental principles of physics from subatomic to cosmological scales and expand your knowledge with specialist options. This is our broadest physics degree. During the course, you'll learn about nano-engines and organic electronics, investigate graphene properties, study quantum optics, and understand the structure and evolution of the Universe. As well as gaining a deep knowledge and understanding of physics, you’ll graduate with strong experimental, mathematical and computational expertise. You’ll gain powerful problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills, preparing you for a career in physics and many other fields as well.
