Course summary
Develop multidimensional knowledge of the core issues in international corporate finance at national, international and transnational levels, and benefit from modules offered from the International Capital Market Association (ICMA) Centre. Study topics such as international investment law, legal aspects of corporate rescue, financial markets, and international corporate finance and the law. Graduates have gone on to work in accountancy, corporate banking, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity and venture capital, and academia (subject to further study). Entry requirements
IELTS: 6.5 overall with no element less than 5.5 (or equivalent). Entry requirements: Normally a good undergraduate honours degree (2.1 or above), or equivalent from a university outside the UK. Our students come with a variety of relevant legal and non-legal experience and all applicants are considered on individual merit.
