Course Overview The way that we learn and develop as children underpins our entire lifespan and lies at the heart of our Education & Psychology Foundation Entry course. Why study with us
- There’s an opportunity to undertake a placement in an educational setting at each stage of our programme.
- You’ll study in our state-of-the-art Psychology Building, with a specialist video child observation suite and cognitive laboratories.
- Gain international work experience through our Centre for Volunteering and Community Leadership (CVCL).
- You’ll come away with the skills required to enhance a child’s development and enable teachers to become more aware of the social factors affecting learning.
- Participate in staff research projects, present to research conferences, or work as a part-time research assistant.
- Our School of Psychology contains over 30 laboratories including many designated for student use in new, purpose-built facilities.
