Taught in Mansfield, this course is an innovative programme of study which has been designed in conjunction with local employers. On completion of the foundation degree you will be eligible to top-up to degree level study in Business. Modules
In the first year you will study six core 20 credit point modules, as follows: Business Development and Operations Personal and Academic Development (FdA) Foundations of Marketing Essentials of Managing and Organising Finance and Budgeting for Business Data Analysis for Managers A 6 - 8 week placement within a company/organisation will take place in May/June once the first year teaching and assessment period is completed. In the second year you will study six core 20 credit point modules: Business Development in a Digital World Employment and Enterprise (FdA) Marketing for Managers Managing People and Organisations Supply Chain Management Research Methods and Analytics for Managers
Assessment method
Each module on the course is assessed in a variety of ways including reports, essays, group work, presentations, research projects and written examinations.
