Our International Business Management foundation year programme has been designed to develop your basic leadership and management skills, preparing you for your future studies and a successful career in business. Whether you want to better prepare for academic life, didn't get the grades you needed, or you've taken a break from studying, the foundation year is designed to prepare you for future studies, so everyone is welcome. / Gain a base level of knowledge in business / Develop your academic and personal skills, preparing you for future studies / Study the fundamental principles of international business management This course is also available with: • Placement Year - on the placement year option, you will not pay fees to the University and will earn a wage for the work that you do. • Study Abroad – study with one of our partner Universities for a semester or a year. Assessment method
We use different forms of assessment in different modules and wherever possible these will reflect the types of work you will do in the ‘real world’ for example, report writing, presentations and business pitches. Exams will only be used when it is a requirement for professional accreditation. Throughout your studies, the work you produce will help to build your personal portfolio of professional evidence that you will be able to use in job applications and interviews.
