Course summary
This is one of several subject combinations available in our Diploma of Higher Education in Computing & IT and a second subject (W42). With this joint diploma, you can specialise in an area of computing and IT and combine it with statistics, dividing your time equally between subjects. With competence in statistics and computing skills, you’ll be equipped to work in organisations that base decisions on statistical analysis or seek to interpret “big data”. Key features of the course

Modules
This diploma of higher education has two stages, each comprising 120 credits: In Stage 1, you’ll study two 30-credit computing & IT modules, a 30-credit statistics module and a 30-credit mathematics module. In Stage 2, you’ll study two 30-credit modules from a choice of computing & IT focus areas and two 30-credit statistics modules.
