Course summary

MA Leadership and Management (Education) is for those who are, or aspire to be, leaders or managers in an educational setting. You may already be working in school settings or other institutions, such as the health service or the police force. This postgraduate course is suitable for those working within a nursery setting through to those working in an adult learning environment. You will gain a deeper and broader understanding of the latest developments in the sector, engage critically with educational and management theory ideas and research and apply your learning to your own practice. In addition, you will also learn from others in the group, and be encouraged to share good practice and develop links with colleagues from other organisations. Additional accreditation is available through the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM).
