With the demanding and growing need for the surveying and its importance for construction it has become more than a necessity these days. Surveying involves the precise measurement of spatial data - information that's crucial to a huge range of construction projects, on land and offshore. This programme will provide an internationally competitive education, and to prepare you for a professional career, by providing in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in quantity surveying and commercial management. The programme will enable you to use engineering skills to improve many aspects of surveying and all related construction areas. Even the core focus is on quantity surveying and commercial management, you will also be acquiring a good platform for working in all construction industry. The programme offers different range of core and optional modules, enabling you to experience the real world and effectively connect your university experience with the industry. The extended foundation year course is perfect if you want a degree in quantity surveying but don't have the standard entry requirements.

Assessment method

Our assessment covers different methods to enable our students to have the best understating of the subject area. Different project reports, coursework, individual and group presentation and exams are combination methods which we use to make sure our students get the best out of the course. Feedback is provided within 15 working days in line with UEL's assessment and feedback policy.
