Course summary
Advance your career and expand your leadership skillset with a Senior Leader Apprenticeship. The Senior Leader Apprenticeship (SLA) was designed as a career accelerator for senior leaders and managers in small, medium, and large organisations in a variety of sectors such as manufacturing, education, retail, finance, health, technology, engineering, and construction. This programme aims to upskill learners in leadership and strategy, finance and planning, business design and development, sales and marketing, data analytics and entrepreneurship, as well as people management and sustainability. Learners will also be taught, assessed, and supported through off-the-job and on-the-job training to ensure they obtain the theoretical and practical skills and the portfolio of evidence necessary to prepare their End Point Assessment (EPA) for the independent apprenticeship certification by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). Upon successfully passing their EPA learners will be awarded a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Greenwich. What you should know about this course

Assessment method
The degree employs 'blended learning', so your outputs and assessments may be based around the following: Real-world case studies in business Group work for discussion, research and presentations Business simulations Role play exercises and reflective practice for professional development Portfolio, outlining your learning achievements Self-study and research facilitated online.
Entry requirements
Applicants should have: 2-5 years post-qualification work experience in managerial roles. A minimum of 2:2 degree and / or professional qualification. Applicants who do not have a degree are welcomed provided they can demonstrate high levels of achievement, exceptional career progression or evidence of leadership potential.
