Course summary
Civil engineering problems require the application of analytical, decision making and critical thinking skills; this course will provide you with the technical knowledge and experience needed to develop these skills. It will also equip you with a range of transferable skills; an ideal combination for a leading career in civil engineering. This course is also taught at the University of Nottingham's Malaysia Campus.
Modules
Example modules include advanced structural design; geotechnical modelling; coastal engineering; dynamics and wind engineering; satellite-based positioning and practical; research project. Entry requirements
2.1(Upper 2nd class hons degree or international equivalent); applicants need to have studied multiple courses in structures, geotechnics and fluids; IELTS: 6.0 (no less than 5.5 in any element).
