The Pearson BTEC HND Diploma is designed to provide a specialist vocational programme. The Pearson BTEC HND Diploma in Business is a two-year programme of specialist work related study that helps build essential practical skills, knowledge and understanding, alongside personal and professional proficiency. The programme is an ideal choice for students seeking a cost-effective and relevant route to a degree or those going straight into employment following successful completion of HND Our exam-free, blended learning programmes are taught through a range of activities including classroom-based learning, live webinars, supervised independent learning, case studies, group presentations and applied research, to position you for success no matter your learning style. Each unit is assigned a national level indicator of 4 or 5, indicating the relative intellectual demand, complexity and depth of study, and learner autonomy. At Level 5 the emphasis is on application and evaluation of contrasting ideas, principles, theories and practices, greater specialisation in the field of study, and an increasing independence in systematic enquiry and analysis. Blended learning requires access to a laptop or desktop computer. You also need to use word processing software such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint.
