Course summary

The Computing with Information and Communications Technology (ICT) PGCE equips you to teach the 11-16 age range. During the course, you will develop the skills required to be a specialist subject teacher capable of designing and teaching excellent lessons in Computing. You are also supported to develop your knowledge and understanding of teaching Computer Science A level.


Entry requirements

A minimum of a lower second-class UK Bachelor’s degree in a digitally-related subject, or an overseas qualification of an equivalent standard in a digitally-related subject, or a lower second-class UK Bachelor’s degree in any subject with significant work experience in a digital field e.g. programmer, network engineer or web developer. English level: Level 2
