The Early Years Leadership Foundation Degree HTQ, validated by Leeds Trinity University, is a work-based programme designed for practitioners working with children aged 0–8 and their families. The course explores early education, sustainable leadership, and global childhoods, fostering expertise for higher-level study and leadership roles in the sector.
