Course summary
This programme offers a comprehensive research training in developmental and educational psychology. It is recognised by the Economic and Social Research Council as providing the basis for further study at doctoral level. Modular (flexible) students - Some postgraduate taught and MRes programmes are available on a modular basis. Modular study lasts between 2 and 5 years. This is different to a part-time study which lasts for a fixed period.
Entry requirements
A minimum of a second-class Bachelor's degree in psychology from a UK university, that has been accredited by the British Psychological Society, or a minimum of a second-class Bachelor’s degree that contains at least 60 credits (excluding year one) in the five core areas of psychology (Biological Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Personalities and Individual Differences and Social Psychology). Alternatively, an overseas qualification of an equivalent standard, either in psychology or a related subject. English level: Level 4
