Overview An effective supply chain goes beyond the successful input and output of goods and services. With the right management, a supply chain has the power to influence entire business processes, create value and unite multiple organisations from all over the world. This complex discipline, with elements of IT, logistics and procurement, is increasingly important in today's globalised environment of interconnected networks. Why study MSc Global Supply Chain Management at Middlesex? In recent decades, organisations have become increasingly reliant on effective supply chains in order to compete in the global market. This course equips you with a global view of the strategic and operational processes you need to manage the key functions of these supply chain processes, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management and production planning. We combine advanced theory teaching with practical skills training in well-known software such as SAP®and Arena® to give you a core understanding of the contemporary issues and programs used in global supply chain management. With easy access to the corporate world from our London campus, you'll develop methods of strategic and critical thinking to enhance your ability to effectively manage and improve existing structures within domestic and international companies.
