Course summary
The programme aims to equip students with an advanced understanding of management thinking relating to the management of enterprises and projects in the built environment, particularly with regard to the roles that projects and enterprises play in construction; and to give students a sound appreciation of the way construction projects should best be defined, developed, and delivered. The programme is designed for students who have experience in the built environment, have a degree relevant to the built environment, or are thinking of moving into a built environment profession. Modular (flexible) students - Some postgraduate taught and MRes programmes are available on a modular basis. Modular study lasts between 2 and 5 years. This is different to a part-time study which lasts for a fixed period.
Entry requirements
The normal minimum qualifications are a lower second-class Bachelor's degree from a UK university or an overseas qualification of an equivalent standard. English level: Level 2
