Course summary

MSc International Business Management will prepare you to succeed and progress in multinational and global organisations. You’ll learn the management skills and theoretical approaches used to maintain business operations internationally - across borders, language barriers, time zones and regulatory environments. You’ll gain a strong understanding of the implications of recent developments such as remote working, blockchain and decentralised finance, and how these impact international businesses. You’ll also gain competencies and knowledge of the core business functions that underpin any successful venture, and how they interrelate and influence each other across the entire operation. You’ll be supported to build the transferable skills and attitudes to face the challenges of contemporary business and to make confident and ethical decisions. On arrival you’ll complete a skills and aspirations audit, allowing you to identify learning gaps. The insights gained will inform your development path on the Career Catalyst module. This allows you to track your personal and professional growth throughout the course, build a relevant skillset and develop your personal unique selling point. By the time you graduate, the business techniques and principles you've mastered will set you up to make a significant contribution to organisations all over the world, and in any sector.
