Course summary
During a time of great global uncertainty, organisations are looking for risk managers who have both traditional risk management knowledge and data analysis skills. This programme provides students with a comprehensive grounding in risk management, including risk analytics, data analytics and the application of statistics in risk management. Students will also have the opportunity to specialise in certain areas of risk management such as risk regulation, and sustainability and climate risk. Programme Highlights include:

Assessment method
You will be assessed by a mixture of formal examinations and coursework in your taught modules. You will undertake more self-directed work in completing your final Risk Analytics Project.

Entry requirements
A 2:1 or above at undergraduate level in either in a STEM-related subject (electronic engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or a related discipline) or Risk-Management-related subject (business, finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline). Applicants with unrelated degrees will be considered if there is evidence of equivalent content in their academic or professional background.
