Course summary
This programme enables students to conduct a substantial piece of research that leads to the creation of a full-length contemporary novel and a piece of critical/theoretical writing on a related subject.
Assessment method
Assessment is through a 30000 word of their novel and 10000-15000 words of critical/theoretical writing.
Entry requirements
A 1st or 2nd Class Honours degree in a relevant subject, or equivalent, and normally a taught MA qualification; all applicants whose 1st language is not English require IELTS 6.5 including 6.0 reading and writing or equivalent.
