Assessment method

Assessments The assessments are coursework based. There are many different forms of formative and summative assessments on the programme: • Coursework • Practical activities (group and/or individual) • Oral presentations • Production and/or technical outputs (for example online teaching programmes with recordings, etc.) • Digital platforms and formats • Essays • Critical evaluations • Journals/portfolios • Project reports • Research projects • In-class tests • Live and studio music performances This 1-year master’s programme consists of five modules. The assessments will be placed throughout the year.

International applicants

If English is not your first language, you will need to demonstrate English language skills that are sufficiently developed for successful completion of your studies. We accept a range of recognised English language qualifications.

Entry requirements
