Our cutting-edge MSc in Data Science for Environmental Science is designed to prepare you to become a highly qualified data scientist. This one-year Master’s course will equip you with proficiency in analysing environmental data, a skill applicable to a wide range of careers in both the public and private sectors, as well as in research. You’ll receive an excellent grounding in practical and theoretical aspects of data mining, Python, and statistics, with the opportunity to tailor your degree through modules in quantitative environmental sciences and modelling. DEGREE CLASSIFICATION: Honours degree - 2.1 DEGREE SUBJECT: Computing, Mathematics or related subject that indicates an ability in Maths, Statistics, Data Handling or Database Manipulation. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Applicants should be able to demonstrate some programming experience either in qualifications or work experience
