Course summary
This course is delivered at University Centre Myerscough and awarded by the University of Central Lancashire. The motorsport industry is centred on the United Kingdom and its employers require highly capable, motivated staff who can contribute to the success of their teams in all areas. A degree in Motorsport Technology provides the ideal platform for those who wish to progress within the industry. This course is designed as a progression route for students who have completed a Foundation Degree or Higher National Diploma in a relevant subject area. It focuses on developing an analytical approach to the Motorsport industry with a strong focus on research and development, preparing students to work in the industry at an appropriate professional level. The knowledge provided by this course provides a basis for progression to graduate schemes in the top teams in the sport, or to work directly in the industry in technical roles.
