Our world-leading research spans across several disciplines with a wide range of research and clinical expertise. We focus on the nature, causes and impact of mental health conditions, and the development and evaluation of innovative treatments, particularly in the areas of:
- adult and older mental health
- dementia
- forensic mental health
- mental health and neurodevelopmental disorders
- mental health and technology.
Entry requirements
2.1 (or equivalent) bachelors degree and a Pass in a masters degree in a relevant subject and two references including at least one academic reference. The school will also consider applications from candidates that have achieved a 2.2 in their bachelors study, when they have achieved Merit or higher in their masters study. MPhil 2.1 (or equivalent) degree in a relevant subject and two references including at least one academic reference.
