Course summary
The programme covers a wide range of HRM strategies, policies and procedures that organisations use to manage employees in both local and global contexts. You’ll also develop an understanding of the differences between HRM practices and employment systems of different countries and multinational organisations, and how they are influenced by economic, political and social factors. You’ll share experiences with peers from all over the world, through workshops and activities, to develop professional and strategic thinking skills.
