A team of tutors with extensive theoretical knowledge and industry experience teaches UWL’s Masters in International Business Management course. They will help you to: develop your own areas of expertise through discussion of real-world case studies improve your ability to analyse and synthesise complex issues develop your ability to think critically and communicate effectively. The course structure includes working on a consultancy project that will help you develop practical business skills and put your knowledge into practice. The course also includes the opportunity to take part in a European field trip, paid for by the University. On this week-long overseas trip, a programme of company visits and talks provides valuable insights into operating effectively in a global, multicultural context. On previous trips students have visited Skoda, the Ruckl Glassworks and TPCA (Toyota Peugeot Citroën Automobile) Kolin. As well as developing international business management skills and experience, the course offers the opportunity to grow your network. You will be studying alongside students from many nationalities and you will also study common core modules alongside our MBA students. Our proximity to both Thames Valley’s M4 corridor, Heathrow Airport and the City of London is a bonus for students. We also have strong links with national and international employers and our graduates find employment in multiple sectors, often in senior positions.
Entry requirements
An Honours degree 2.2 or equivalent; applicants whose 1st language is not English require IELTS 6.5 or above, at a minimum of 5.5 for each of the 4 individual components, TOEFL internet-based test 90 or above, Pearson PTE Academic 58 or above, or an equivalent secure English language test.
