Running your own business can be challenging and rewarding. It requires a strong sense of entrepreneurship, determination and the ability to handle managerial responsibilities. Our BA (Hons) Business Management and Leadership course is designed to help you develop key skills from managing people, projects and resources to strategic leadership within the UK and internationally. The Business Management and Leadership BA (Hons) degree focuses on contemporary management issues, giving you the opportunity to develop a wealth of skills needed to aid progression from an operational level through to a leadership role within any organisation. Upon graduation, you should be able to demonstrate understanding and knowledge of the theoretical, analytical and practical aspects of management strategies and processes within a changing environment to meet stakeholder interests. This should prepare you to work within small and large companies around the world. If you choose to leave the degree course after successfully passing Year 1, you will be eligible for a Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Business Management and Leadership. If you choose to leave the degree course after successfully passing Year 2, you will be eligible for a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Management and Leadership.
