Our BA (Hons) in Education Studies degree is ideal if you are passionate about building a career in education, policy and development in local and international settings. This fascinating course will prepare you to work with learners of different age groups facilitating their learning for a secure and equitable future. On our Education Studies course you will:

  • explore a range of historical, sociological, philosophical and psychological perspectives to education

  • consider different modes of delivering and experiencing teaching as well as the pivotal role of technology

You will study a range of subjects that will underpin your future study and also gain valuable experience of university life, with full access to campus facilities. Successful completion of the year allows you to progress straight onto Level 4 of this course.
