Developed in collaboration with distinguished hospitality partners, this curriculum has been purpose-built to address the practical challenges, and opportunities, presented at the forefront of this exclusive industry: from business strategy to change management. Through hands-on industry mentoring ‘on the job’ and meaningful academic reflection, you’ll advance your emotional, institutional and technical intelligence – enabling you to confidently make judgements, take risks, handle crises and be resilient to change. You’ll have five residential weeks on campus in London, where you’ll join masterclasses, leadership labs, industry workshops and networking sessions – and go behind the scenes at renowned London destinations, exploring cutting-edge ideas from all aspects of luxury. Learning part-time enables you to fuel your curiosity and enhance your skillset while continuing to work in your current role – reflecting and applying your learning practically. You'll also complete interactive modules, which can be tailored to suit your professional and personal goals, and work on a major project or thesis – building something that’ll have a tangible and lasting impact on your workplace. You’ll graduate from Regent’s as part of an elite group of leaders – ready to lead, shape and influence the future of luxury hospitality.

Entry requirements

We're interested in your potential, as well as your prior achievements – and review each application comprehensively on its own merit. Minimum entry requirements for Level 7 – you'll need one of the following qualifications: - Minimum second class UK undergraduate degree - Equivalent international qualifications, as deemed acceptable by Regent's We're also open to equivalent industry experience, and welcome those who don't meet our entry requirements. In order to be accepted for exceptional entry, you must: - Have one year of work experience (if you hold a degree lower than a 2:2) - Have three years of work experience (if you don't hold a degree) - Provide a 500-700 word personal statement outlining your reasons for applying, and how your previous experience is of relevance to the programme you are applying for - Be prepared to attend an interview with the Postgraduate Admissions Panel - Provide evidence of your English language proficiency This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis by academic referral, and may require an interview.
