Modules may include: Carriage of Goods by Sea, Land and Air; Law of the Sea; Admiralty Law; Charterparties: Law and Practice; The Law of Marine Insurance; Oil and Gas Law: Contracts and Liabilities; E-Commerce; International Intellectual Property Law; International Corporate Law and Governance; Ship and Other Mobile Assets Finance Law; Law of International Trade; Law and Practice relating to International Banking and Commercial Payments.


Entry requirements

The entry requirement for this LLM in International Commercial and Maritime Law is a 2:2 honours degree, ideally in a cognate discipline. Candidates with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply. English language requirement IELTS 6.5 (with a minimum of 6.5 in each component) or Swansea University recognised equivalent.
