The modules you’ll study will reflect the dynamic research interests of our lecturers, ensuring a rich teaching experience that goes beyond traditional textbooks. You’ll learn from experts in fields such as anti-social behaviour, prisons, desistence, race and crime, and sexual offending. Our teaching staff are members of the university’s Centre for Applied Social Research and are actively contributing to ongoing research and policy developments. Previous speakers have included police officers, magistrates, addiction specialists, psychologists, and social workers, all of whom share their expertise to enrich your learning.
