Course summary

Our Human Resource Management degree provides a practical and analytical understanding of business and management while allowing you to develop knowledge and understanding in the specialist area of human resources. The integration of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) modules will ensure students choosing this pathway have a clear understanding of the requirements of the professional body within this discipline.

Year Two – Level 5 (BA) Changemakers: Building your Personal Brand for Sustainable Employment (20 credits; compulsory; Graduate Attributes Framework module) Changemakers: Creativity and Value Creation (20 credits; compulsory; Graduate Attributes Framework module) Contract Law (20 credits; compulsory) Digital Intelligence and Analytics (20 credits; compulsory) Financial Performance Management (20 credits; compulsory) Talent Management and Resourcing (20 credits; compulsory). Assessment method
