Our BA (Hons) in Human Resource Management is a dynamic, career-focused degree that offers you a strong grounding in business and management while specialising in human resources. As part of this programme, you’ll study a blend of core business disciplines, such as finance, management, and professional development. You’ll engage with more specialised topics such as HR strategy, project management, and leadership. This year emphasises practical skills like coaching and communication, preparing you for real HR challenges. Assessment method
Assessment methods vary from module to module but you can expect a range of assessments including, coursework, practical work and exams. Assessments combine academic rigor with authentic “real-world” tasks that demonstrate a students ability to meaningfully apply their knowledge and skills.

If English is not your first language or you have not previously studied in English, our usual requirement is the equivalent of an International English Language Testing System (IELTS Academic Test) score of 6.0, with not less than 5.5 in each of the sub-tests.
