Entry requirements

Standard Qualification Requirements

HNC for entry to year 1 only - Pass in Legal Services with A in the graded unit. No Higher English Required. HND for entry to year 1 only - Pass in Legal Services with Grades BB at SCQF Level 8 in the graded units. Must have achieved Grade B at HNC. No Higher English Required.

Minimum Qualification Requirements

HNC Year 1: must have B in HNC graded unit HND Year 1: BB at SCQF Level 8 even if already achieved A in HNC
