Develop your understanding of the key concepts in applied linguistics and build academic and professional skills perfect for a range of language-related careers, including TESOL. Our MA in Applied Linguistics is designed to engage students in a wide range of topics and perspectives relevant to the field of linguistics. We explore areas relevant to professional translation, the IT industry, education and language policy, language teaching, and publishing, all of which build your professional skills alongside theoretical understanding.
