LLM International Commercial Law with Intellectual Property Law and Management combines International Commercial Law knowledge with a comprehensive overview of core issues in intellectual property law and management. LLM International Commercial Law with Intellectual Property Law and Management, the first and only LLM in the UK offering Law and Management of IP within a Business School, takes an interdisciplinary approach which combines law and business to offer a wide choice of modules across the School of Law, Arts, Communications and Designs and the renowned Henley Business School. Modules
Modules could include: Advanced International Commercial Law Issues, Dissertation, Research Methods for LLM students and Research Methods (Advanced). Please note that all modules are subject to change. Check our website for more details about the course structure.
Entry requirements
IELTS: 6.5 overall with no element less than 5.5 (or equivalent). Entry requirements: Normally a good undergraduate honours degree (2.1 or above) in Law, Economics, Finance and Business Finance or equivalent from a university outside the UK. Applicants who have a 2.2 plus 3 years relevant work experience (and/or have passed the Bar exam will also be considered). Applicants who have a 2.2 with less experience and/or higher marks in some law modules may also be considered and are welcome to apply.
