Our new MSc Hospitality Innovation Management, offered in partnership with Le Cordon Bleu, is a distinctive course drawing on both academic and professional expertise to provide you with the opportunity for personal and professional development. You will develop the professional skills required to undertake a wide range of roles in the hospitality industry, including entrepreneurship, hospitality management, leadership and innovation. Hospitality businesses operate in a constantly changing industry that provides numerous opportunities for individuals and organisations. Assessment method

Modes of assessment include reports, presentations, essays and examinations. The final module gives you the opportunity to undertake and report on an applied research project on a topic of your choice.

How to apply

International applicants

If English is not your first language or you have not previously studied in English, our usual requirement is the equivalent of an International English Language Testing System (IELTS Academic Test) score of 6.5, with not less than 6.0 in each of the sub-tests.

Entry requirements

Our standard postgraduate entry requirement is a second-class honours degree (2:2 or above) from a UK university, or an equivalent international qualification. Applications are reviewed on their individual merits and your professional qualifications and/or relevant work experience will be taken into consideration positively. We actively support and encourage applications from mature learners.
