Course summary
Overview Gain the HR knowledge you need to help people and businesses thrive while also improving your English language skills on this BA (Hons) International Human Resources and Business Communication top-up course. You'll learn everything you need for a career in international human resources, including how to champion equality and diversity in global workplaces, techniques to attract, develop and retain talent from around the world, and cross-cultural awareness for business. At the same time, you'll explore conversational, formal and business English, gaining the language skills you'll need to work in HR anywhere in the English-speaking world. You'll graduate with the English language proficiency and knowledge of international human resources and personnel management to excel in HR departments in any sector, as well as in export and/or import finance, international market research and marketing.

Applicants require relevant HE study leading to a Level 4 qualification, for example an appropriate HNC, or 120 credits from year 1 of an undergraduate degree (BA/BSc), in a relevant subject.
