The Foundation Degree (FdSc) in Sport, Exercise and Health Sciences is a two-year full-time programme delivered at Worthing College. It has been developed to equip individuals with the scientific knowledge relevant to the health and fitness industry as well as the necessary professional qualifications and skills. The programme is principally aimed at individuals who wish to enter or develop a career within the health and fitness industry.
