Overview In today’s service-driven economy, an organisation’s greatest asset is its people. Successfully managing employees, keeping them motivated, planning their training and career development, as well as recognising their achievements are all crucial to organisational success. That’s why a great Human Resources (HR) department can have such a powerful impact. This degree in Business and Human Resource Management will equip you with in-depth knowledge of HR management within the broader framework of key management disciplines. Offered by Norwich Business School (NBS) within the Faculty of Social Sciences at UEA, this degree will prepare you for a variety of roles in business, including general management, consultancy, and human resources. At UEA, we focus on evidence-based management. You’ll learn to pose questions and challenge assumptions, as well as how to use evidence to make your own decisions and back them up.
