Course summary
This University of Gloucestershire Masters Stage Award is ideal if you already hold a Graduate Membership (Postgraduate Diploma equivalent) from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), or have demonstrated that you meet the knowledge requirements, as in most cases, it allows you direct entry to the Masters Stage. The programme is delivered as a part-taught provision and is based at the state-of-the-art School of Business & Technology building. You’ll benefit from expert, supportive staff and small-group learning, while the opportunity to study with part-time students means you’ll develop professional connections. Whether you have worked in HRM / HRD for a number of years, or have recently moved into HRM / HRD, and wish to progress into more senior management positions, this course of study will provide academic coherence and theoretical underpinning to the work you have been undertaking. Based in our purpose-built Business School at our Oxstalls Campus, Gloucester, our postgraduate students develop themselves professionally, build their connections and enhance their knowledge and skills on our range of flexible courses, many of which are accredited by industry bodies. Entry requirements
To study MSc Masters Stage you will need: - A pass in a relevant Post Graduate Diploma HR/M/D - Or Possess CIPD PDS/PQS or PAC award - Non-native English speakers require an IELT score of 6.5, written 6.0
English language requirements
International students will need to produce evidence of an acceptable score on an approved English language test such as IELTS. We run pre-sessional English language courses to help you prepare for undergraduate or postgraduate study.
