Course summary
Examine the fundamentals of language, and study issues in teaching methodology, on this MA Applied Linguistics for Language Teaching master's degree. You'll investigate current theories in training and learning languages, and we'll show you how to apply these to your teaching practices. This degree will open paths to teaching in the UK or starting a career overseas. Assessment method
Individual and group projects and presentations, through workshop activities, written assignments, and the dissertation.
How to apply
International applicants
English language: Band D, IELTS 6.5 overall score with at least 6.5 in Reading and Writing and at least 6.0 in Speaking and Listening.

Upper 2nd Class Honours degree in English, linguistics, modern languages or other relevant discipline.
