The MSc in Project Management aims to provide you with robust training, covering project management fundamentals, models, tools and techniques, while incorporating essential elements of data analytics and big data systems, enabling you to become a well-rounded project manager. By the time you complete the programme, you will have mastered handling projects from inception, planning, risk management and budgeting, right through to time management in delivery, project execution, and monitoring and evaluation, covering the full spectrum of project management.
