This degree provides an innovative introduction to the world of business and gives you specialised knowledge and skills in marketing. You’ll investigate what’s involved in marketing, how businesses develop marketing strategies, and how does marketing work with other business functions such as human resource management, accounting and finance. You’ll also learn how organisations think and work, how they’re managed, and the external world in which they operate. This includes learning about the ethical and legal responsibilities that businesses have. Key features of the course

Modules
This degree has three stages, each comprising 120 credits. You’ll start Stage 1 with an introduction to business and management and the essentials of marketing. You’ll also choose one module from a variety of related subjects. Next, in Stage 2, you’ll study how insights from consumer behaviour support creativity and innovation within organisations to pursue contemporary opportunities and meet global challenges. Finally, in Stage 3, you’ll study strategic decision making and how entrepreneurial organisations utilise branding and integrate digital marketing communications to achieve success
